Lora has over 24 years of experience providing compliance, accounting and reporting services to political committees and non profit organizations. She has served as Treasurer for four presidential campaigns: Edwards for President, John Edwards for President, Bernie 2016, and Bernie 2020, numerous Senate and Congressional Races, Gubernatorial/AG, and State Legislative Campaigns, and a multitude of nonprofit organizations.

Kevin Geiger is one of the top fundraisers for Democratic political candidates and progressive issue campaigns in the western United States, and leads Blue Wave’s fundraising operations in the Northwest.

He served as President Joe Biden’s Northwest Finance Director, managing a team that raised $45 million dollars, and currently works as Finance Director for Future Forward USA Action. He is also the Finance Director for U.S. Senator Maria Cantwell, Congresswoman Marie Gluesenkamp Perez, Marilyn Strickland and numerous other federal, state, and local elected officials.

Maura Hagerty Matthews has over 13 years of fundraising experience and leads the firm's fundraising operations on the East Coast. She recently served as the finance director for Governor Steve Bullock’s presidential campaign and previously led the fundraising efforts for his leadership PAC in the lead up to the campaign. She is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame. Maura, her husband, and their dog Zambezi live in Washington, D.C.

Samantha (Sam) Peterson brings more than a decade of experience in digital fundraising, public affairs and online organizing to Blue Wave, where she serves as a Partner for all things digital. Prior to joining Blue Wave, Sam served as Vice President at a Democratic digital firm where she raised millions of dollars and built some of the most competitive Senate, House and state-wide digital programs in the country.

Sam also spent several years working in organized labor communications with the American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations (AFL-CIO) and Service Employees International Union (SEIU). She is a proud Capitol Hill alumna and spent several years working for her home state Senator Dianne Feinstein (CA) in Washington, DC. She specializes in the design and execution of dynamic digital fundraising programs and has extensive experience in email marketing, online advertising, social media, mobile strategy, digital analytics and web design.
